Initial Assessment
75 minutes
Includes:
- Full neurological assessment
- Goal setting
- Treatment plan
- Home exercise programme
Follow-up Session
45 minutes
Includes:
- Treatment session
- Progress review
- Updated home programme
Additional Admin Charges
Work beyond the session itself, including writing referral letters, clinical reports and letters to GPs or other healthcare professionals, is charged separately at an agreed hourly rate. This will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Payment
Invoices are issued following each session with a 7-day payment term. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (BACS).
Travel
Travel within the first 5 miles from Taplow is included in the session fee. Beyond 5 miles, a small travel supplement will apply. Please ask when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will be charged at the full session rate.
Private Medical Insurance
Depending on your private medical policy you may be able to select your own physiotherapist and claim back all or a proportion of your fees. River Vista Health does not invoice health insurance companies directly. Please obtain approval from your health insurance provider prior to arranging an appointment.
